So Many Genres, So Many Titles, So Many Books!

As I said before, reading is one of the most enjoyable things in life.  I like and read many different genres of books.  I love history books, and I love fiction, well, now that I think about it I love reading almost anything, heck, I used to even read the entire cereal boxes while having breakfast. Right now (usually at bedtime since that's only when I have time) I'm reading "Mouthing the Words" by Camilla Gibb.  She's a terrific writer!  I also read and loved her novel "Sweetness in the Belly".  If you haven't  read these you should give them a try.  A lot of sellers on ESN sell books, all kinds of books.  I've decided today to feature one of our members, Comycgyrl.  I don't know if she has the above titles but she has a huge selection of titles.  She even has comic books for the collector.  I chose the below photo and title because well, who doesn't love a charming and dangerous guy (even if he is blonde, I prefer tall, dark, brown eyes...oh, sorry, I was getting all caught up)  and mystery romance novel? She has many items in her store besides books that you may enjoy.  Ta for now!

Reading - One of the greatest joys in life!

This weeks blog theme on ESN is Reading.  I don't think I know anyone who doesn't love reading.  You can travel, learn, smile, cry, laugh out loud, learn new words, have emotional moments and so much more from reading.  I love reading.  Mostly I only have time to read at  bedtime so books like "Anna Karenina" and "Pillars of the Earth" took me forever to get finished.  We all know the history of literature begins with the invention of writing, right?  I mean, someone had to invent it!  So I was curious who, how, and when (I'm like that...) writing and reading got invented. So here is your mini lesson if you choose to continue reading:

If you want to learn more the Wikipedia site has more, mostly hyperlinks that's why I kept this short.  I myself have not checked out what a proto-literate sign system was/is! 

I don't have any novels or many books for sale, but I do have a couple cookbooks, books on massage, and an art book.  I chose the Ayurvedic Cookbook from my tiny collection, well, because it's so cool and informative and healthy!
